My goal in creating this site is to share many of my artistic interests and hopefully enrich your life by sharing things that enrich mine.

I am a licensed K-12 art teacher. Like other teachers, I work to continually create new lessons that engage and inspire a diversity of students. I have some fun free guided drawing lessons on this site for all ages to enjoy. Looking to the future, I plan to have an Art Kamp membership that includes a variety of projects and ability levels with step by step video instruction. All this is happening In The Art Room.

If you enjoy blogs, you may enjoy the Art Talk section. There will be free art tips and tricks, links to articles or things I find interesting, and the occasional blog post. The vision for this area is a cornucopia of fun filled art related stuff.

Bible art journaling is a passion of mine. I love to read and study God’s word and create art that reflects something I studied or want to remember. It is so enjoyable for me to sit at the feet of Jesus using talents God has given me to express some aspect of His word.  To top it off, I then have the honor of sharing these experiences with you and making more friends. You will be able to create alongside me in your Bibles. I’m hoping to create a Patreon account for those who are interested in supporting this art ministry.

I not only enjoy teaching art; I love to create my own and learn from others. My challenge is finding the time to create art outside of work. I think that might be the case for many people who work. All of what I have shared with you here has been a dream of mine for several years. The content may not be fast and furious, but I intend to enjoy this journey. I hope you enjoy it with me!.
