This is from the coloring book Circle of Life by Melpomeni Chatzipanagiotou. It was fun to do. I used Black Widow colored pencils, Sparkle Pop pens, Sakura Moonlights, black acrylic paint, Arteza tempora paint. I like the black acrylic paint for the background and the sparkles from the tempora paint but the sparkles rub off some after it dries. Although hard to see in this picture, I used a silver Sparkle Pop pen to outline the ice formations the peguins are on. I absolutly love that effect when looking at it in person as the light makes the ice sparkle. I was not in good lighting when i was coloring this so at the time It did not seem like there was such an obvious difference between the blue and purple in the water. That is the second time I have learned that lesson. The fist time was on my own artwork that had taken much longer than this coloring page. Lesson learned and now reminded about, use good lighting when choosing colors for your artwork.
